Contact Sundance Catalog
Question about one of our guides, a correction to a casino listing or a partnership enquiry? This page tells you where to send it and what to include. The Sundance Catalog editorial team reads every message and aims to reply within two working days.
Editorial Questions and Corrections
Write to the editors if you've spotted an outdated bonus, a changed minimum withdrawal, a licence record that no longer matches, or anything in our guides you think is unclear or wrong. Please include the casino name and a link to the Sundance Catalog page you were reading.

Evidence speeds things up. A link to the operator's current terms, or to the regulator's own register entry, lets us check a change quickly. We don't update a page on the strength of a casino's marketing claims alone — the same standard we apply in our ranking criteria.
Partnerships, Media and Business Enquiries
Operators, affiliate managers and journalists can contact us about partnerships, media requests and commercial proposals. Tell us who you represent, which licence your brand operates under and what you're proposing.
Email: [email protected]
Commercial enquiries are handled separately from editorial corrections. Whatever the arrangement, we won't describe an offshore operator as UK-licensed, present advertised terms as verified results or soften what our guides say about self-exclusion. Unsolicited guest posts and link-only pitches won't get a reply.
What to Include in Your Message
Clear messages get faster answers. The more context you give us, the fewer follow-up questions we'll need to ask.
- Corrections — casino name, the URL of our page, what has changed (bonus, wagering, minimum withdrawal, payment method or licence number) and a link to or screenshot of the current terms or register entry
- Site feedback — the page you were on, your device and browser, and what looked wrong or didn't work as expected
- Partnership enquiries — company name, your role, the licensing jurisdiction and the kind of collaboration you have in mind
What We Can't Help With
Sundance Catalog isn't a casino and has no access to player accounts. We can't verify your identity, release a withdrawal, reverse a deposit, lift a self-exclusion or decide a dispute between you and an operator.
Please don't send us passports, bank statements, card details, passwords or crypto recovery phrases. We don't need them — and identity documents should only ever be uploaded through a casino's own secure verification portal.
If you have a problem with a casino payment
- Contact the operator's support first and ask for its formal complaints procedure
- Put the complaint in writing with the amount, dates, transaction references and the terms that applied, and ask for a reference number
- Check which regulator actually licenses the operator and whether it, or an approved dispute service, accepts player complaints
- Speak to your bank, card provider or payment service if a transaction was disputed or unauthorised
Our guide explains each step in more detail under If Something Goes Wrong: Your Complaint Route.
Response Times
We aim to acknowledge messages within two working days, Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Corrections that need checking against a regulator's register or an operator's full terms can take longer, and we'll let you know when that's the case. Corrections that check out are reflected on the page together with a new “Updated” date.
Need support right now? Sundance Catalog isn't a crisis service. Contact GamCare on 0808 8020 133 (England and Scotland) or 0808 2819 265 (Wales) — free and available around the clock — or register with GamStop to block participating UK-licensed sites.
